We want you to be thrilled with your Svana Maya Dog Products, and we stand behind the quality of every item we create. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, or you need to exchange it for a different size or style, we’re happy to help.

🔁 How to Initiate an Exchange

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• We cannot accept exchange requests after 7 days

⚠️ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• You must provide the receipt or bill

🕒 Processing Time

• Once we receive the product at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted

• Our team will update you after the check

• Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your exchange.

• Customers are responsible for paying exchange-related shipping / delivery charges

• Since dog beds are bulky, please double-check the size before ordering to avoid extra shipping costs

• Inter-city shipping can also be expensive — if you're unsure, please WhatsApp us before purchase for guidance.
